How do you reflect on a lifetime of experiences, both positive and negative? What have you learned from challenges, successes, and relationships throughout your life?
How wonderful that we can enjoy the fruits of our lifetime! What a pleasure it is to pass on our wisdom to succeeding generations: our stories cry out to be shared!
This 6-week class provides the art and the skill of reflection, identifying key lessons learned, and then refining your wisdom to be shared with others.
• This program is a provocative and highly interactive class with exercises and tools that gently encourage a sense of well being and greater life satisfaction.
• Limited to 10 attendees to insure intimacy and confidentiality.
Dates of series:9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/10, 10/17 and 10/24 (skipping 10/3 for Rosh Hashanah) from 10am – 12pm

Susan Brooks is 77 years young, and proud of it! Yes, I’m still a hippie from the 60’s. I marched for civil rights for all humans, especially equal rights for women, waving my bra with the best. I was an award-winning woman business owner when there were but a few of us. Still growing in a 57 year old marriage, I survived motherhood, and so did my now-adult children. Trailblazer that I am, and always will be, this Program nurtures and champions women on their re-wiring journey!
