Raquel DaRowe helps bring awareness to the blind spots that create overwhelm, lack of clarity, burnout, self-sabotage, and other hidden constraints. She guides people to recognize who they are not, to reclaim their truth and authenticity, and step fully into a soul-aligned, extraordinary life.
For nearly two decades, Raquel has devoted herself to understanding the roots of human suffering and what it means to live as a soul in an embodied human experience. Her own journey—marked by deep pain, profound revelations, and radical transformation—called her into the sacred work she now offers.

Sara is a Holistic Mystic. She is an empathic, intuitive spirit who has a gift and ability of connecting with most everyone she meets. She fully embodies and teaches a Holistic lifestyle and applies Holistic principals to every aspect of her life. Sara especially loves spending time creating nourishing, life-giving recipes with her daughter, Sage by her side.
Sara's unwavering dedication and commitment to her spiritual practice was conceived the very first time she stepped onto her yoga mat in 2007. It truly was a rebirth that completely shifted the course of her life. Sara's personal practice and teaching are fueled by authenticity, curiosity, and full heart.
