Harvest To Hollies Gala

🎄✨ 140 SEATS. THREE COUNTIES. ONE MISSION. A NIGHT THAT COULD CHANGE EVERYTHING. ✨🎄
❤️ You’re invited to be part of history!
Santa Delivers (All Year Round) Inc. is preparing for our very first Harvest to Hollies Gala, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring our community together!
As a small, grassroots nonprofit, we were able to secure an intimate venue with room for just 140 guests. You can say that makes it exclusive.
We have personally extended invitations to the mayors throughout our service area in Lake, LaPorte, and Porter Counties, and additional invitations to other great community leaders, businesses, and supporters which will be arriving by email this week
But this evening isn’t just for elected officials or business leaders.
It’s for YOU, too! ❤️
Anyone who believes in building a stronger community is welcome to purchase a ticket and join us!
🍂🎄 WHAT TO EXPECT
🔔 A beautiful handbell choir performance
🍗 A festive harvest feast
🎤 Inspiring guest speakers who have helped our little grassroots organization survive and grow
❤️ Recognition of the incredible people who have made our work possible
📊 A transparent look at the families we’ve helped, the needs we’ve been unable to meet, and the challenges still facing our neighbors
🌟 A first look at our plans for the near AND distant future!
💬 An opportunity for guests to share ideas, suggestions, and solutions as we work toward closing the gaps in assistance throughout Northwest Indiana
🎁 AND OF COURSE, AN EXCITING AUCTION!
Guests will have the opportunity to bid on a treasured Nutcracker collection and exciting vacation packages sponsored by Winspire!
❤️ WHY THIS NIGHT MATTERS
We started with very little.
No enormous budget. No major financial backing. Just hope, prayers, countless hours of hard work, and more personal sacrifices than most people will ever know.
Yet somehow, with the help of compassionate community members, we’ve continued showing up for families who truly have nowhere else to turn.
And we’re just getting started.
We want to talk openly about the needs that still exist in Lake, LaPorte, and Porter Counties—even with the wonderful organizations and assistance programs already serving our communities.
Because the reality is that families are still falling through the cracks.
We believe those gaps can be closed. But we cannot close them alone.
This gala is our opportunity to bring people together, build trust, invite new perspectives, and begin conversations that could shape the future of how struggling families receive support in Northwest Indiana.
🎄 WE STILL NEED A FEW COMMUNITY PARTNERS!
As we prepare for this special evening, we’re hoping local businesses and individuals might consider helping us with:
🍗 A caterer willing to donate or sponsor our harvest feast
🎄 Festive decorations (similar to our inspiration photo)
📽️ A projector and screen
🎤 A microphone and speaker system
💝 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We would love help with:
🍽️ Serving food and clearing tables
📱 Livestreaming on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
🎄 Decorating our venue
🧹 Setup and cleanup
📽️ Operating our projector and slideshow
🎁 Distributing materials and assisting with our auctions
Every contribution, whether it’s time, equipment, services, or financial support, helps make this evening possible.

✨ ONLY 140 SEATS AVAILABLE! ✨
We hope you’ll join us for an evening of gratitude, community, honest conversations, and a shared vision for a better tomorrow.
Someday, we hope to look back on this first gala as the evening our community came together to help change what was possible for families with nowhere else to turn.
