Harvest SuperMoon Gong Bath

As we transition from autumn to winter, we are blessed by three consecutive SuperMoons, rising in October, November, and December. Each will carry us further along the path of reflection, release, and renewal.

Our first meditation will be on October 5th for the Harvest Supermoon.

Most often, the Harvest Moon shines in September, but now and then it lingers, and this is one such year. How fitting that the Harvest Moon in October is just a week before Canadian Thanksgiving, a time already steeped in gratitude, abundance, and gathering.

Bathed in sound and vibration, we will honour the fullness of our personal harvests, and gently let go of what is ready to pass... making space for new beginnings.

SuperMoon energy magnifies and intensifies —the tides are stronger, the invitations deeper, and the blessings more abundant. With three supermoons in a row, these next months offer a rare passageway, each meditation building on the last.

As always, we will open the evening with Sacred Cacao to enhance your meditative experience. Sacred Cacao is prepared with the highest grade cacao from Peru, and infused with specific healing intentions during preparation. You can then combine these intentions with your own, as you consume.
