Fall Festival & Trunk-or-Treat

Join us for a fun, family-friendly evening as we bring the community together for Harvest of Hope at The Lighthouse!
Families can walk through our trunk-or-treat area, shop from local vendors and small businesses, enjoy food from participating food trucks, visit the children’s activity area and experience everything that makes our community so special.
Costumes are encouraged, but they are never required—come dressed up or simply come as yourself! We want this to be a welcoming evening where local families, businesses and community members can gather, have fun and make memories together.
🍬 TRUNK-OR-TREAT
We are looking for individuals, families, businesses and community organizations to decorate their vehicles and pass out candy to local children.
Advance registration is required. Once approved, participants will receive a confirmation email with arrival, parking and setup information. Vehicles must remain parked throughout the trunk-or-treat for the safety of everyone attending.
🛍️ LOCAL VENDORS & SMALL BUSINESSES
Vendor signup is completely FREE! We simply ask each approved vendor to donate at least one unopened bag of individually wrapped candy to the event.
Vendors may also hand out candy from their booths if they wish.
Vendor space is limited. Completing the signup form does not automatically guarantee or confirm a booth. Applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will receive an official confirmation email from Lici. Please do not make final setup plans until you have received confirmation.
🚚 FOOD TRUCKS & FOOD VENDORS
We are planning a dedicated area for a limited number of food trucks and food vendors. Advance registration and approval are required. Approved businesses will receive information regarding arrival, placement, setup and event requirements.
🎨 KIDS’ ACTIVITIES
We are working to create a cheerful children’s area with activities such as:
• Face painting
• Balloon animals
• Temporary tattoos
• Glow sticks
• Fall-themed tables and activities
• Additional kid-friendly fun
Specific activities will be announced as providers and volunteers are confirmed.
🤝 VOLUNTEERS & ACTIVITY PROVIDERS NEEDED
We are looking for volunteers to help with:
• Children’s tables and activity booths
• Vendor and participant check-in
• Guest directions and event flow
• Setup and cleanup
• Candy organization
• General event assistance
We would also love to connect with face painters, balloon artists and other family-friendly activity providers who would like to participate.
🧺 RAFFLE BASKETS & EVENT DONATIONS
We are seeking support from local businesses, farms, organizations and community members.
Helpful donations may include:
• Unopened bags of individually wrapped candy
• Complete raffle baskets
• Gift cards, products or services for raffle baskets
• Mini pumpkins
• Small straw bales
• Food or refreshments
• Fall and Halloween decorations
• Children’s activity supplies
• Glow sticks
• Event and setup supplies
• Donated services
Donations of any size are appreciated, but never expected. Every contribution will help us create a welcoming and memorable evening for local families.
