• Mindful Healing: Sound bowl healing, grief yoga, gentle movement, breathing, and restorative practices
• Supportive Connection: Guided conversations and a shared community of understanding
• Honor & Remember: A memorial altar offering an opportunity to honor your loved one(s)
• Expert Guidance: Support from therapists, grief coaches, and wellness professionals
• Practical Tools: Strategies and resources to help navigate grief through the holidays and beyond
• Continental breakfast and a light snack
• Grief support materials available for purchase, including books, affirmation cards, grief kits, and more
