Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us under the glow of the full moon for a deeply restorative evening immersed in sound and nature. Our Full Moon Sound Bath at GROW invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Surrounded by the trees and open sky of our 14-acre living laboratory, you will be guided through a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments. As the full moon rises, the frequencies support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic renewal.

This experience is designed for all levels.

This in-person event will be held outside at GROW's site at Two Rivers Park.
