Harvest For Hope

Harvest For Hope is a fundraiser event hosted by the Hospitality and Tourism Management students. All donations, proceeds and funds from ticket sales and silent auction items will be donated to the Camosun College Student Society Food Bank(CCSS). CCSS provides services for students such as health plans, dental plans as well as a food bank for students who may not be able to afford food. For 20 years, CCSS has been campaigning and advocating to ensure that the rights of students are respected at Camosun. We are very excited to be fundraising for CCSS as it is a big part of Camosun College. The Harvest For Hope fundraiser event will be an evening of full of delicious warm fall themed food, drinks and dessert as well as a silent auction, fun games and a fall themed photo booth.

Info: Guests are greeted at the door upon entry and there is a segment of time to get settled in and time to mingle

Info: Host or Student Society representative welcomes guests and presents a welcome introduction speech. A brief 2-minute story from a Food Bank volunteer or student beneficiary will be given. Silent auction will commence and guests will be able to bid on items.

Info: Guests can enjoy some fall inspired food, drinks and desserts that will be passed around, as well as another table with more options for food for guests to choose from.

Info: Photo booth will be available for guests to take pictures at, as well as some fun fall themed games to play. Closing of silent auction will begin and winners will be announced and guests will receive their auction gifts
