Calling all ?ghouls and ?goblins, Community Services has a FREE fun-filled spooktacular night planned on October 14, 2022, starting at 5 p.m. on the City Hall Lawn! Our annual ?Harvest Festival? is packed with family fun, including live performance, pumpkin carving competition, ghoulish crafts, game booths, dance competition, costume contests and more!
