Celebrate cider and cheese - a match made in heaven - with an intimate Cider & Cheese Pairing at City Orchard.
On Saturday, Oct. 3rd from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM, join us at the taproom for a guided tasting led by Patrick from City Orchard and Adrianne from Curd Culture. Together, they’ll walk you through four thoughtfully paired City Orchard ciders and four artisan cheeses curated by Adrianne and sourced from Houston Dairymaids, highlighting how acidity, sweetness, texture, and aroma all work together in each pairing.
Adrianne is the founder of Curd Culture, a Houston-based cheese education business, and an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional with over a decade of experience in the specialty food and cheese world.
This seated experience is designed for couples, friends, and anyone who enjoys exploring food and drink in a relaxed, welcoming setting. You’ll learn the basics of cider styles, what to look for in great cheese pairings, and leave with ideas you can easily recreate at home.
Tickets are $50 per person and include all tastings and guided education for the hour. The event will be held at City Orchard Taproom, 1201 Oliver St, Houston, TX. Space is limited to keep the experience personal and interactive, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance.
