Harvest Charity Ride 2022 (Toronto to Niagara)

Join us for our NINTH annual Harvest Charity Ride!
On Saturday, October 1st, we are biking 135 km from Toronto to Niagara Falls in support of SEED Kenya and Help Heal Humanity.

We will have one lunch stop and a morning and afternoon break with a total riding time of about 7-8hours.
Upon arrival in Niagara Falls, we will share a meal together before taking the train back to Toronto, with an option to spend the night in Niagara.
All fitness levels are welcome, though training and a good bike are highly encouraged!
Participants are encouraged to fundraise for SEED Kenya or Help Heal Humanity by directing donors to each organizations' fundraising page.

ABOUT SEED KENYA: Students for Education, Empowerment and Development (SEED) is a Canadian-registered charity providing access to education in Kenya. Our main project, The SEED School Kibera, provides education and meals to low-income students in Jk to Grade 4. As of July 2022, the school’s enrolment is 175.
Since 2019, we've been re-building The SEED School Kibera from the ground up to provide a safe structure for the school's students to continue to learn, eat and grow together. With the re-build of the main structure now complete, we are in the process of completing the school's internal finishings, including installing electrical fittings, painting the walls, and tiling the floors. The main floor tiling was finished in May 2022, allowing for long-term use of the school's infrastructure. Funds raised from this ride will go towards completing the tiling of the school's second floor.
