Join us for an inspiring morning at Second Harvest Food Bank's 6th Annual Harvest Breakfast, Beyond the Meal: Stories that Nourish Us.
This special event brings together community leaders, supporters, and partners from across Clark, Champaign, and Logan Counties to celebrate the impact we can make when we unite to fight hunger. Through powerful stories of resilience, compassion, and hope, guests will gain a deeper understanding of how food assistance provides more than nourishment—it offers dignity, stability, and opportunity for our neighbors.
We are honored to welcome Dr. Christian Brady, President of Wittenberg University, as our keynote speaker. Known for his commitment to authentic connection and community engagement, Dr. Brady will share insights on leadership, purpose, and the stories that shape and strengthen our communities.
The morning will also feature a moving spoken word performance by Laurent Che, an acclaimed poet, storyteller, and inspirational speaker whose powerful storytelling inspires reflection, connection, and action.
Together, we will celebrate the stories that nourish us, recognize outstanding community partners and volunteers, and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring every neighbor has access to the resources they need to thrive.
Reserve your seat and be part of a morning that will leave you inspired to make a difference. This event is free to attend.
