Under the glow of October’s Harvest & Hunter’s Moon—a rare supermoon that shines brighter and fuller than most—we’ll gather for a grounding, non-heated slow flow designed to honor transition, reflection, and renewal. This full moon is both the Harvest Moon, offering extra evening light for gathering what we’ve cultivated, and the Hunter’s Moon, symbolizing clarity and preparation for what’s to come.
Throughout class, you’ll be guided through intentional movement, breath, and pauses for journaling, with prompts provided to help you reflect on what you’re ready to harvest, release, and call in. Bring your mat, your journal, and an open heart as we flow beneath the energy of this luminous supermoon.
