Join us for a cozy, low-pressure Friendsgiving at Columbia Collective in Woodinville, WA. Whether you're far from family, forging your own traditions, or simply here for the wine—this is your invitation to gather with good people, share a beautiful meal, and make new connections in the warm glow of fall.

Lobster Bisque en Croûte
creamy lobster bisque infused, aromatic herbs infused with brandy, topped with golden, flaky puff pastry

Sweet, roasted butternut squash wrapped in golden, flaky puff pastry, brushed with white truffle

2️⃣Second Course

Roasted Tom Turkey

Tender, herb-roasted tom turkey, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, sweet candied yams, crispy bacon Brussels sprouts, gibblet gravy

Vegetarian

Red Wine Risotto

Risotto slowly simmered in shallots & rich red wine, finished with aged Pecorino cheese, locally foraged wild mushrooms, truffle essence, parmesan tuile

Pan-Seared Salmon

Alderwood honey smoked king salmon, morel mushroom cream sauce, charred lemon (GF/NF)

3️⃣Third Course

Pumpkin Tiramisu

A seasonal twist on the Italian classic, featuring layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, velvety pumpkin mascarpone cream, and warm autumn spices. Finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa powder
