Join us in the world of microgreens, sprouts, and homegrown salads in this interactive workshop. Learn how to cultivate these nutritious greens at home, from seed to harvest, and create a salad using freshly harvested greens with a wilted greens dressing.
Microgreens have nutritional value and are also a cost effective green food that you can grow in your home all year round.
