A 5Rhythms dancing celebration of the autumn equinox, when light and dark are in balance; a good time to harvest the gifts from the summer behind us.
In this day workshop, we'll dance through Waves of the 5Rhythms, using the tools of the practice to explore how we are in our bodies at this time of the turning of the year. We'll explore the shape of our experiences, honouring both our losses and our successes. And we'll practice gratitude for what we have and for what we can carry to sustain us in the darker months of the year.
We will pause for lunch, so please bring something hearty to share with others.
We start at 11am and we'll finish at 5.30pm.
The price for the workshop is £50/£40/£30 - please pay what you can afford.
