Awen Family Band is a unique musical group led by Tim Husk, who has been playing music since the age of three. With a rich history in various bands and extensive experience in sound and event production, Husk has developed a deep connection to music that extends beyond performance. The band blends a wide range of roots and world music, creating a distinctive sound that is truly one-of-a-kind. Their setlist features a mix of original songs and covers, including Bob Marley’s “Duppy Conqueror,” and the Grateful Dead's “The Eleven.” Their music takes listeners on poetic journeys, exploring the constant ins and outs of daily life and the bigger picture when reflecting on it all. Since founding Awen Family Band in 2019, Tim has shaped it into a dynamic collective, booking shows, producing music, and using the platform to support charitable causes, continuing to foster a vibrant, collaborative music scene.
