Learn to draw magical creatures in this art class inspired by the beloved Harry Potter books. We’ll look at magical pets, like Hedwig and Crookshanks, to fierce beasts, like dragons and hippogryphs. For teens entering grades 6-12. Christine Thornton of Hello Art Studio will give step-by step instructions how to draw different styles, including cartoons and realistic characters.
Suggested Supply list: drawing paper, pencil and eraser, thin black sharpie for outlining (optional), and colored pencils (optional).
This online class includes an instructional video. Participants must provide a working email address and register by 5 p.m. Thursday, June 24, to receive the video link. The link will be active from 6 p.m. June 24, through June 30. You can watch it as many times as you like!
