🎆 Harrow Bonfire Night and Diwali Celebration Display – Saturday 7th November 2026 🎇
The Ultimate Explosive Showdown: Diwali Meets Guy Fawkes
Clear your calendars, Harrow, because 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest, boldest, most sparkle-packed year yet. On Saturday 7th November, Byron Park transforms into a festival of light, laughter and (very loud) bangs, as Diwali and Guy Fawkes Night fall on the same magical weekend and join forces for one unforgettable night.
✨ What’s New for 2026
We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and this year’s lineup is bursting with new additions:
🌈 A spectacular new Light Extravaganza, our biggest addition yet (more below!).
🪔 A brand-new Diwali stage show, courtesy of the brilliant Asian Events Company. Five acts of singing, dancing and all-round entertainment, hosted by a compère, Bollywood-inspired with a fresh modern twist. Full lineup announced on our website soon.
🎇 An expanded Guy Fawkes stage show, because one legendary stage clearly wasn’t enough.
🗺️ A completely redesigned event layout: same brilliant night, brand new map, and hopefully fewer “wait, where’s the bar?” moments.
🏰 A bigger, bolder inflatable zone with 8–10 large inflatables (weather permitting, since balloons and rain still don’t mix).
🎡 Three brand-new funfair rides never before seen on site, including the Freak Out pendulum swing for the brave-hearted. We’re also hoping to bag a Waltzer or Twist, plus either a Detonator or Miami Trip for the thrill-seekers among you.
🍽️ A proper gourmet food lineup alongside all your old favourites, because Bonfire Night and Diwali Celebration on an empty stomach is a crime against humanity.
🌈 NEW for 2026: The Light Extravaganza
Prepare to be dazzled, Harrow, because the night will never look the same. This year we’re adding a jaw-dropping light spectacular that turns Byron Park into a festival of light worthy of Diwali itself. Watch the darkness come alive as beams of pure light slice through the night sky, streams of brilliant light dance above the crowd, and a storm of colour and light sweeps across the park, choreographed to the music for maximum goosebumps. Think neon rays, razor-sharp colour and futuristic light displays that turn the whole night into a canvas, with light so immersive you’ll swear you can almost touch it. Paired with our biggest Bonfire Night and Diwali Celebration finale yet, it’s a sky painted in electric colour from every angle: bigger, brighter and more breathtaking than anything we’ve done before. Pure wow, guaranteed. Just don’t forget to look up! ✨
🎇 The Grand Finale
When the sun goes down, the sky takes over. Our Bonfire Night and Diwali Celebration finale runs for approximately 15–20 minutes, set to a soundtrack of Hollywood blockbusters and children’s-movie favourites, with a dedicated Bollywood section for good measure. It all builds to one enormous finale, and yes, we might just have an encore up our sleeve. Kick-off is at approximately 7:45pm, so keep your eyes on the sky (and your ears braced).
🎟 Tickets That Won’t Burn Your Wallet
Tickets start from just £12 online at https://www.harrowfireworks.co.uk. That’s cheaper than the cinema and considerably more explosive. Buying on the gate costs more and is cash only, in support of our Save Our Cash campaign, so save yourself the faff and book ahead. With less space on site this year, we’re expecting an early sell-out, so don’t be the one explaining to the kids why you’re watching from the car park.
💛 Teachers and NHS staff get free entry before 6pm with valid ID, as a small thank-you for everything you do all year round.
💡 Hot tip: Come between 12pm and 3pm and entry is completely free, giving you plenty of time to explore the food stalls, rides and general chaos before the sky lights up.
📍 Venue: Byron Park, Peel Road, Harrow, HA3 7QX
⏰ Free entry: 12–3pm | Bonfire Night and Diwali Celebration: approximately 7:45pm
🎟 Tickets from £8: https://www.harrowfireworks.co.uk
