Harris County Pets Community Service Project - Texas Exes Houston chapter

Join the Texas Exes Houston Chapter for a meaningful day of service at Harris County Pets, where hundreds of cats and dogs are waiting for loving homes. Together, we’ll lend a hand to the shelter staff and brighten the day for animals in need.

From walking dogs and helping with kennels to snapping adoption photos, assisting at the photo booth, doing arts & crafts, or even bathing pups, there’s something for everyone—no matter your comfort level or experience. It’s a chance to make a tangible impact, meet fellow Longhorns, and of course, spend time with some very adorable four-legged friends.

📌 Before the event, please complete the following steps to confirm your spot:

1. Fill out the Liability Waiver
2. Complete the Virtual Orientation (approx. 30 mins)
3. Take the 10-question quiz
4. Send your orientation certificate to [email protected] by October 22
