New Orleans' Sweet Magnolia is the recipient of the national and prestigious 2024 South Arts Jazz Roads Tours Award. They play original pop songs that blend the genres of powerhouse New Orleans brass with the earworms of pop music. Their songs are a rare combination of female storytelling in the brass medium -- unapologetically sassy, infectiously fun, and bold.
