Presentation #4: "Harnessing internet and mobility data during the pandemic to better understand discretionary social activity during a public health crisis"
Date: Thursday 28th November
Time: 10:30 - 11:30am
Venue: Manhari Room, Level 7, Melbourne Connect, 700 Swanston St
This project aims to shed light on discretionary social activity changes during COVID-19 in Australia by analysing detailed mobility data over selected periods of the pandemic. Mobility indicators computed at appropriate levels of spatial and temporal aggregation will enable robust analysis of the socioeconomic correlates of discretionary behavioural change.
