Ashima’s passion lies in empowering others - guiding them towards personal healing and global betterment. Her spiritual journey from Hong Kong, to Canada and then on to Hollywood has been marked by her commitment to spiritual practice. As co-manager of the "Awakening Through King Yoga" community on Facebook, she leads weekly live-streamed pranayama practice sessions with a global group of practitioners. Students in her classes and workshops appreciate her patience and thoroughness, citing her personal experience as pivotal in inspiring them to integrate these practices into their daily lives.

Rodney Crosby

With nearly five decades of dedicated spiritual practice, Rodney brings depth and clarity to the journey of awakening. A member of The Aetherius Society since 1975, he worked closely with its founder, Dr. George King, for ten years, gaining invaluable insights into advanced metaphysical teachings. Rodney has a grounded approach and is passionate about empowering others to embark on their own journey. He has long-practiced pranayama on a regular basis and experienced the corresponding change in consciousness.
