About this Event
Harmony & Stillness: A Soundbath + Restorative Yin Yoga Experience
Immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and inner harmony with our Soundbath + Restorative Yin Yogaworkshop. This transformative experience combines the meditative vibrations of a soundbath journey with the gentle, long-held poses of Yin Yoga to guide you into a state of profound peace and renewal.
We will also be leading moments of journaling for supported integration as we listen to how our hearts speak through movement and sound. As we continue to move in the unfolding of a new cycle of the Gregorian Calendar, we can easily find ourselves overwhelmed and pushed into the pressures of society. Allow yourself these moments of the day to surrender to what IS.
🕉️ What to Expect:
• A grounding Yin Yoga sequence to open the body and calm the mind.
• The soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sound
instruments designed to balance your energy and release tension.
• Space for reflection, rest, and connection with your inner self.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper connection to their inner stillness. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is needed—just come as you are and prepare to unwind.
Let the ancient modality of sound and gentle movement of yoga restore your mind, body, and spirit. 🌙✨

- There are yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets provided in the studio.
- We will have guided journal prompts (if you need for the integration portion)
