Bring your quartet or chorus for hands-on daily coaching sessions, or come on your own and experience the camaraderie of our HU ensembles. Build your directing, arranging, and coaching chops with daily classes and private lessons.

You’ll leave inspired with new skills, fresh ideas, and friends from around the world who all share one thing: a love of ringing chords. Harmony University isn’t just a music conference—it’s a summer-camp-for-grown-ups kind of magic filled with joy, connection, and a whole lot of singing!

College Quartet Discount: "Bring Your Baritone for Free"

• Bring your quartet to Harmony University for a week of coaching and take advantage of our “Bring Your Baritone for Free” offer. Quartet coaching participants receive a 25% discount per attendee, with a promo code provided for registration. College Chorus Discount:

• Bring your college chorus to Harmony University and save more as your group grows. Choruses with 25–34 singers receive 10% off, 35–44 singers receive 15% off, and 45 or more singers receive 20% off registration. Chapter Success: $100 discount per person if 4+ attendees from the same chapter register

• Attend Harmony University with fellow members from your chapter and enjoy additional savings. When 4 or more attendees from the same chapter register together, each participant receives a $100 discount on their registration. • Youth (Age 18-20): $995.00 standard housing, $1,295.00 single housing
• BHS Member: $1,295.00 standard housing, $1,595.00 single housing
• Non-BHS Member: $1,395.00 standarda housing, $1,695.00 single housing
• Commuter (NO housing): $1,095.00

Regular Pricing (April 1, 2027 - June 15, 2027):

• Youth (Age 18-20): $1,145.00 standard housing, $1,445.00 single housing
• BHS Member: $1,445.00 standard housing, $1,745.00 single housing
• Non-BHS Member: $1,545.00 standarda housing, $1,845.00 single housing
• Commuter (NO housing): $1,245.00

Plans change—we get it. If something comes up and you can’t make it to HU, our refund policy below lays out what’s refundable and when

• Before April 1, 2027: Full refund (minus a $50 fee).
• Between April 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027: 75% of amount paid is refundable.
• Between June 1, 2027 - June 15, 2027: 50% of amount paid is refundable.
