Introducing the Harmony Spooky Cocktail Ride — a haunted golf cart crawl through Harmony, featuring eerie elixirs, creepy cocktails, and spine-tingling snacks!
🎃 Harmony Spooky Cocktail Ride – Official Rules
Event Overview
• The ride begins immediately after the Harmony Fall Festival in the Town Square, starting promptly at 7:00 PM.
• Participants will ride together through scenic neighborhood routes, enjoying the Halloween decorations, and stop at 6 host locations for spooky cocktails and snacks.
• Each stop lasts about 10–15 minutes before the group moves on.
• Hosts are encouraged to ride along for the fun and simply “switch into host mode” at their stop.

Souvenir Skull Cups & Registration
• There are 42 LED souvenir skull cups available.
• Hosts (6 total) each receive 2 complimentary cups (12 cups total).
• The remaining 30 cups are for registered riders (30 spots).
• Registration includes 1 skull cup per participant.
• Hosts do not pay for their cups since they are providing cocktails and snacks.

Voting & Prize
• At the end of the ride, participants will vote for their favorite stop.
• Voting is open criteria—best cocktail, best decorations, best vibe, etc.
• The winning host will receive a $250 cash prize.

Cost Breakdown
👉 Registration fee = $20 per non-host participant.

Host Guidelines
Each host prepares:
One spooky cocktail (4–5 oz pour per person).
One spooky snack to pair with the drink.
Expected participants: ~42 people.
Cocktail volume needed per host:
42 × 5 oz = 210 oz (about 1.65 gallons).
To be safe, round up to 2 gallons of cocktail per host.

7:00 PM – Depart Town Square after Fall Festival
Stop 1 – Spooky cocktail & snack (~10–15 min)
Scenic ride through decorated streets
Stop 2–6 – Same format, continuing the route
Final Voting & Prize Announcement

• 6 host stops (hosts get 2 free cups each)
• Each host provides ~2 gallons of cocktail + snack
• Riders vote for favorite stop, winner gets $250 prize

You don’t have to participate in the stops to be able to ride along. There’s no admission or fees to ride. The souvenir cup gets you access to the food & beverage at each stop for $20. All are welcome!
