During this event, we will use sound healing instruments to guide the energy from your 1st chakra all the way up to your crown, creating a healing experience for anyone experiencing blockages of any kind. Trauma, stress, or emotional dysregulation can often lead to stuck energy in our bodies. By activating your energy body through sound healing vibrations, we aim to release this stuck energy and bring relief to your entire nervous system.

This event is unique because you will have the option to purchase a ticket for either sitting up or lying down, depending on your preference.
