About this Event
Join us in our transformative series, where we explore the Root Chakra—your energetic foundation for safety, stability, and grounding. This immersive experience weaves together Viyasa Yoga, Prana Energy Practices, and Creative Expression to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and express your inner world.
Through a unique blend of mindful movement, energy alignment, and creative exploration, you’ll be guided to release tension, restore balance, and awaken a deeper sense of grounding and presence.
What to Expect:
- Time to Connect & Explore
Enjoy intentional time to slow down and connect—before and after the session. There will be handmade jewelry, food, and matcha vendors, along with a calming, ambient space designed for relaxation, conversation, and gentle re-energizing. - Vinyasa Yoga Practice
Settle into a gentle, slow-paced yoga flow designed to support deep relaxation and stress relief. This practice focuses on activating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to shift into a state of calm and restoration. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat). - Prana Energy Practice
Experience guided breathwork, subtle energy alignment, and mindful awareness to support emotional and energetic balance. Enhanced with essential oils, this restorative practice invites you to create space to pause, ground, and realign. - Creative Expression
Engage in a reflective art-making experience inspired by the Root Chakra through a paper weaving practice. Using mindful weaving techniques, you’ll connect with color, texture, and intuitive layering to create a piece that reflects your inner sense of grounding. (All art supplies and tools included).
You’ll also have the opportunity to enter our mindful raffles, featuring thoughtfully curated items to support your wellness and creative journey.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
