Harmonious High-Density Homes: Lessons fostering safe, cohesive communities

Our sector has grown by over 30% since 2020 and much of this growth has been in new high-density communities which are now home to thousands of renters from priority VHR categories.

This forum offers an opportunity to reflect on successes and identify lessons for improvement in delivering and managing high-density buildings, ensuring renters enjoy safe, secure, and well-connected homes.

Learn from your colleagues how they have designed, allocated and managed new high-density buildings and how challenges have been overcome.

Time: Presentations from 10:30-11:30am, followed by morning tea from 11:30am-12pm.
