Discover ways you can support your TCM heart/spleen and fire/wood elements to embrace the energy for growth & harmony this summer!
In this workshop, Dr. Suki Hon, ND, will be sharing the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on how you can support your body through foods, herbs, and self-care practices for the upcoming season.
The session will consist of a tea tasting, with carefully selected herbs for the summer, along with a guided meditation.

Workshop agenda:
- Overview of how TCM views the upcoming season, and what it means for your body
- Tips on how we can support our bodies with different self-care practices; nourish with foods, herbs, and self-care techniques, specific to the corresponding TCM element and organ
- Education and tastings of carefully selected herbs for the season. Learn about their energetics, healing properties, and common usages
- Guided activity of the season: meditation / breath work
