Harmonies: Your Voice, Your Treasure - A Family Workshop in Mindful Connection that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through the joy of singing, laughter, and mindful presence. We may find ourselves in moments when it is challenging to find the right words -- and to be received in the right way when we voice them out. The Art of Voicing begins with deep listening. This light-hearted workshop blends playful singing with mindful, embodied activities to help parents, children, families, and friends rediscover connection and enjoy time together.

Hosted by Niyati Patel, family mindfulness facilitator along with Caryl Johnston, vocalist and pianist on Jan 24th at Weavers Way Outreach Office in Germantown, located at 326B West Chelten Ave, Philadelphia PA 19144.
