Harmonic Reflections - Immersive Sound Meditation (6/23)

This unique musical event combines the therapeutic power of singing bowls and other healing instruments with the resonant sounds of the piano. Kevin’s original compositions invite you to embark on a meditative journey, where each piece becomes a contemplative moment and an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their own experiences, aspirations, and emotions. In an intimate and inspiring setting, "Harmonic Reflections” features a meticulously crafted soundtrack that comes to life with Kevin and Nathan’s live performance.

SEATING: Most participants prefer to bring their own yoga mat/blankents or cushions, but there are mats and blankets to borrow while supply lasts. Chairs are also available.

The event is located inside Animal Zen (3101 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights).

Parking is available in front of the studio, on the street, or in a paid lot next to the building ($1).

About the Artists:

Kevin Monaco (he/him)

Kevin Monaco is an educator, coach, and artist. Through music, visual arts, and a holistic health approach, he uses creativity to forge pathways of self-discovery and personal transformation. Kevin helps others foster and harness their own creativity and intuition through his passion for mindfulness and music. He has experience in the healing arts, composing and performing music for mindfulness, chakra and energy work, meditation, and Reiki practice.

Nathan Bachofsky (He/Him)

Nathan Bachofsky is passionate about supporting teams and organizations in creating an engaged, inclusive, and innovative climate. As a licensed educator and certified mediator and facilitator, he finds engaging and meaningful ways for people to tap into their inner wisdom. He enjoys creating experiences that build relationships, open communication, foster community, and promote personal and professional growth. As a musician and artistic director, he enjoys helping others reclaim and harness their creativity as a tool for transformation.
