Harmonic People: a Celebration of Our Creativity

Hey Everyone! Get ready for a night like no other! We’re thrilled to invite you to Harmonic People, an evening where dancers, singers, breathers, and thinkers come together to share their unique gifts and create something truly special and liberating.

What’s Happening?

• Breathers: Find your rhythm and share your breath to create a space that is steady and powerful. The breath will be our pulse for the evening.

• Vocalizers: Let your voice soar and set the mood with authentic tones and melodies. Sing along with the lead in the room or create your own vibration to weave with the group. The voices will be our truth for the evening.

• Movers: Dance, practice yogic postures, qi gong or whatever your medicine is and bring grace and vulnerability into the room guide the flow of the evening. The movement will be our demonstration for the evening.

• Meditators: Share your focus and bring clarity to our collective experience. Bask in the ambiance and let your mind rest into the harmony. The meditation will be our memory for the evening.

Everyone will be led by drumming, mantra and song throughout the evening and are free to find their place amongst the harmonics in the room. Guests will be free to move from one action to another freely and explore the energy of each station over the course of the event!
