Perimenopause, starting in our 30s and 40s, has been an important transition since the beginning of time. However, we have only just recently started talking about it despite the sometimes profound impact to health and wellbeing (mental and physical).

For this reason, we are thrilled to present the important documentary, The M Factor 2: Before the Pause- Perimenopause by Take Flight Productions; the producers of the original, award-winning documentary, The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause. This film is dedicated to providing education, disspelling myths and offering insights for support.

Education is power. Prevention is proactive where treatment is a reaction. People have been left without knowledge of what is happening to them. This has led to missed diagnoses and delayed care. Additionally, people have been managing symptoms on their own and thus vulnerable to: rampant misinformation, using ineffective therapies, paying for expensive products/ services/ labs, using multiple Medic*tion/ supplements that might cause problems when mixxed or with prolonged use.
