Harley Theater Conservatory

The Harley Summer Theater Conservatory, led by Broadway star Tom Deckman, is a four-week immersive program designed for young performers ready to deepen their craft. Through daily training in acting, singing, and dancing, students will develop their skills under the guidance of a seasoned professional while experiencing the joy and discipline of a true theater intensive. Over the course of the program, participants collaborate, create, and grow in a supportive, high-energy environment—all leading to a fully staged final showcase where every student shines on stage.
