Join us for an informative session, whether you are new to Civil Service or just want a refresher we will cover the basics about the merit system, appointment types, the civil service exam process, the NY HELPS exam waiver program, public service career pathways, how to access and navigate the websites and apply for NY state jobs. The intent of this presentation is to Demystify the Civil Service Merit System.
