We'll have two Fitness Zones with a lineup of FREE classes ranging from dance to yoga, boxing to strength training, and kettlebells to meditation. Plus a Wellness Row, where you'll get to know each small business and sample offerings including one-on-one demos, beauty, acupuncture and plant-based nutrition. And free mammograms at the nearby Memorial Sloan Kettering Ralph Lauren Cancer Center.

Harlem Wellness Festival is a celebration of the strong network of minority- and women-owned gyms, studios and spas that Harlem has built over the past decade. Join us to meet the teachers and trainers who are expanding and energizing our community culture of fitness and self-care.

WANT TO GET ROLLING BEFORE FESTIVAL DAY? Join in on a Wheatgrass Ride with El Barrio Bikes on the three Saturdays (May 9, 16 & 23) leading up to the festival. And pitch in on a Harlem Yoga Studio park cleanup and community yoga session (May 17).
