Ticket & Merchandise Policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of this event, no refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend Harlem ManHunt 2026, you will still receive the event merchandise included with your ticket purchase.

General Admission Ticket Holders: Your event gear, including your Official Harlem ManHunt 2026 Souvenir Pass, LED Reflective Vest, and Personal Safety Alarm Key Tag, will be available for pickup at a date, time, and location coordinated by the event host.

VIP Ticket Holders: Your event gear, including your Official Harlem ManHunt 2026 VIP Souvenir Pass, Event T-Shirt, Exclusive Water Bottle, LED Reflective Vest, and Personal Safety Alarm Key Tag, will be distributed at a later date, time, and location coordinated by the event host.

Pickup details will be shared with all ticket holders after the event. Merchandise will not be forfeited simply because you were unable to attend.

General Admission: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

VIP Early Entry: 3:00 PM

Location: Harlem, New York (Exact location will be provided to ticket holders.)

This is an adults-only event designed for fun, laughter, nostalgia, and community.

Please respect fellow participants, event staff, and park rules at all times.
