Je rozhodnuté. Natáhneš na seba haberovky, obuješ svoje rozšlapané Reeboky, nahodíš šušťáčku a vyrazíš do mesta. Kráčaš po spustnutom nábreží, kde ti spoločnosť robia len prelietajúce čajky a povybíjané okná kedysi luxusných apartmánov sa na teba z výšky škeria.
Rysuje sa pred tebou Most SNP ktorý ale kvôli ropnej kríze už dávno neslúži svojmu účelu. Nesú sa k tebe zvuky lacných vývarovní, vrava predajcov starej elektorniky a iného pofidérneho tovaru ktorý ho obsadili. Tvoju pozornosť ale upúta stará bárka odstavená pri brehu Dunaja s vyvesenou neónovou cedulou a na nej nápis HARDWIRED.
Takto si si veru ten americký sen s palmami, koktejlom a plameniakmi nepredstavoval, no aj tak s pokrčením ramien zostupuješ do podpalubia.

It's decided. You pull on your shorts a lá Habera, slip into your worn-out Reeboks, throw on your windbreaker and head out into the city. You walk along the neglected waterfront, where only the passing seagulls keep you company and the battered windows of once luxurious apartments grin down at you from above.
The SNP Bridge looms before you, but due to the oil crisis it has long since ceased to serve its purpose. The sounds of cheap dive bars, the chatter of sellers of old electronics and other questionable goods that have occupied it carry towards you. But your attention is caught by an old barge parked on the bank of the Danube with a hanging neon sign and the inscription HARDWIRED on it.
This is certainly not how you imagined the American dream full of palm trees, cocktails and flamingos, but you still go down below decks with a shrug of your shoulders.
