Happy skating - a joyful journey of children's skating training

With the popularity of a healthy lifestyle, skating, as a sport that exercises both the body and the courage, has been loved by more and more children and parents. In order to let the children experience the fun of skating and master the basic skating skills in the joy, we decided to hold a children's skating training activity.

Activity content

Description of activity rules: Introduce the basic rules and safety precautions of the activity to the children.

Grouping and Warming Up: Group children according to their age and skill level and perform simple warm-up exercises.

Wearing Equipment Teaching: Teach children how to properly wear skates, helmets and protective gear.

Basic Posture and Balance: Teach children correct skating posture and learn how to maintain balance.

Forward, Backward and Turn: Gradually teach children the basic movements of skating such as forward, backward and turn.

Consolidation of skating skills: Strengthen the practice of previously learned skills to ensure that children are proficient.

Advanced Skills Teaching: Teach more advanced skating skills such as emergency stops, jumps and figure skating.

Skating games: Organize interesting skating games, such as relay races, obstacle challenges, etc., to enhance children's competitive awareness and teamwork skills.

The coaching team will accompany the children throughout the entire process to ensure the safety of the children during skating.

Regularly check the condition of your ice skating equipment and replace damaged or worn parts promptly.

We hope to enable children to master skating skills in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, develop healthy habits and team spirit. At the same time, it also provides a platform for parents to grow up with their children and enhance parent-child relationship.
