We all want strong, mobile, pain free shoulders!!
This workshop will cover topics such as :
♦What is shoulder stability?
♦ Why is scapulohumeral rhythm important?
♦ What muscles are involved in stability and movement?
♦How does spine and ribcage placement affect shoulders?
♦ What exercises can you do to strengthen & stabilise the shoulder girdle to minimise the risk of injury & improve performance
♦ How can you apply this knowledge to movement and to pole?
This is an interactive workshop so be prepared to learn some anatomy, move, feel and understand some important concepts for your own body, see patterns on others and learn cues to help you and your students.
