Join us for a chilly, VIBRANT LIGHT Sun Salutations FLOW to usher in WINTER SOLSTICE and the Season of LIGHT Sat 10am. Create peace, flexibility, strength, and positivity! Practice is 90 minutes, give or take.
Come as you are...move through your comfort zone and meet new yoga friends, in the Park. Dress in layers, bring any props you love and a large blanket for under the mat, water to hydrate.
Location info: 2750 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin FL 34698. Dunedin Youth Guild Park. Park by overpass and head towards water under the shade of Oak trees.
Suggested Sliding Scale gratefully accepted $12-20 Venmo or jar day of.
