Happy New Year - Yoga in the Fields

Start 2026 with movement, intention, and connection at Yoga in the Fields, in our cosy autumn–winter home in the candlelit basement of Planet Organic.

You're warmly welcomed to join us for a 60-minute yoga class, followed by tea, biscuits, and friendly faces.
? Expect:

• Grounding breathwork and meditation to open
• A yoga practice inspired by seasonal transitions and lunar cycles
• Optional sharing circle & journaling to reflect on what we'd like to release, and what intentions we're working on
• Tea, biscuits, and relaxed time to connect afterwards

? Why join?
Real-life community matters now more than ever, in an increasingly online world. Practising yoga together is a wonderful way to commit to a practise, live intentionally, and meet new like-minded people.
? Sharing circle ritual

If you'd like to contribute to our seasonal altar, please bring a small item (for example a leaf, flower, pebble, or written word) as a representation of your sankalpa (intention). In spring when the weather is warm enough, we'll celebrate returning to an outside practise, reflect and begin again with fresh intentions.

Some mats are available, but please feel encourged to bring your own
