Happy Minds; is a 6 week program for youth in Grades 7 - 12. Each evening includes a dinner, a workshop and a fun activity.

2. Tuesday October 29; Stress and Anxiety
3. Tuesday November 5; Positive Lifestyles
4. Tuesday November 12; Confidence Building, Media & Body Image
5. Tuesday November 19; Healthy Relationships
6. Tuesday November 26; Helping Someone With Mental Health Concerns
