Happy Life Through Meditation

Understanding the wisdom of Buddha and gaining insights into Buddhist life and culture can help you live a life that is calmer, happier and more purposeful. The sessions will be led by LP Pasura, a Buddhist teaching monk who has conducted meditation classes around the world. All levels of meditation experience are welcome. This series consists of 4 sessions but it is not necessary to attend all 4.
