Happy Hour Yoga is your Friday night permission slip to finally exhale. It’s a relaxed, feel-good flow designed to shake off the tension of the workweek and ease you right into weekend mode — no stress, no pressure, just movement, breath, and good vibes. Think of it less like a workout and more like a celebration of making it through another week.
For the Beginners 🌱
Never done yoga before? Perfect. Happy Hour is actually the ideal place to start. Every pose comes with options, cues, and modifications so you can ease in at your own comfort level. Nobody’s watching, nobody’s judging — we’re all just here to decompress together. You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, and wondering why you didn’t try this sooner.
For the Seasoned Yogis 🧘
Already have a practice? Come let it breathe. Happy Hour gives experienced yogis a chance to step off the performance treadmill and just play in their body. Explore deeper variations, sink into poses you usually rush through, and rediscover why you fell in love with yoga in the first place. Sometimes the best practice is the one with zero agenda.
Beginner or seasoned yogi, all are welcome here. Come as you are, leave better than you came.
