There are 2 Happy Hour classes, one at 5pm and another at 7:30pm.
Let’s kick off rosé season in style! In this Happy Hour class, we’ll make a crème fraîche and caramelized onion dip with rosemary-olive oil crackers and a pink peppercorn rosé aperitif cocktail. Bring your mom to kick off Mother’s Day weekend, meet some friends after work or start your night out with us! We’ll have rosé available by the glass, too!

Pink Peppercorn Rosé Apertif
This class style is similar to our Workshop Style setup, but with an abbreviated schedule. Class will last just over an hour long. You’ll follow along with our chef instructor to make a cocktail and appetizer. Each station has pre-measured ingredients and equipment as well as a video monitor so you can see our chef-instructor.
