Happy Hour for the Soul: A Solstice Sound Ceremony

Take a sacred pause during the holiday season and reconnect with your inner stillness in this deeply restorative sound healing experience, guided by Molly MacCartney Henion - Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner, Intuitive Medium, and Spiritual Life Coach for intuitive, empathic, and highly sensitive souls.
Using the elemental tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, the grounding rhythm of a handmade shamanic drum, the gentle calls of flute, gong, rattles, and sacred presence, Molly will guide you through an inner journey designed to calm your nervous system, clear energetic clutter, and attune you to your highest alignment for the year ahead.
What to bring: Mats and blankets are provided, but we encourage you to bring anything you need to feel fully supported while lying down. Folding chairs are welcome for those who prefer to sit. Bring water or warm beverage to hydrate and ground after the ceremony.

About Your Guide
Molly MacCartney Henion is a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach with over 25 years of experience in the field of spiritual wellness. She is the founder of Sacred Resonance Sound Therapy and Empowered Wisdom Coaching, created to help you release stress, restore energetic balance, and reconnect with the stillness within. Her sound journey began in her teens through drum circles and vocal recording, eventually leading her to study vibrational sound therapy and collect a rich ensemble of sacred instruments. After years of offering on-body sound sessions in her Winter Park office and virtual journeys online, she now feels called to serve the local community through deeply restorative in-person sound journeys. Every session is a sacred co-creation between Spirit, sound, and the soul’s natural impulse to heal.
