Ethernet-APL technology brings 2-wire ethernet capability to field instruments, allowing fast commissioning and communication directly from the controller to the field. APL technology is protocol-agnostic and depends on which protocols are available by the instrumentation vendors. This session will focus on an overview and demonstration of the technology, with a focus on how integrate benefits into different control environments.
