Join us for a Happy Hips Workshop designed to stretch, strengthen, and support healthy movement throughout the hips and lower back. Through mindful movement and targeted mobility work, you’ll explore a variety of techniques to release tension, improve alignment, and increase stability and flexibility.
You’ll also discover the connection between the hips, emotions, and stored tension, creating space for greater balance, flow, and comfort both on and off the mat.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers accessible practices to help you feel stronger, more fluid, and more at ease in your body.
